First, you have 30 days to return your item for a refund. To begin the process, follow our instructions:

- Click on "My Account", log in to access your order history, then click on "Make an exchange or return" on the order in question.

- Select the product(s) to exchange or return, confirm your delivery address (you can change it), then confirm.

- Follow the instructions provided by our online return module, which will guide you step by step through the process.

- Please check that returned products are new, unworn (except for fitting) and in their original packaging. For swimwear, please return them clean and do not remove the hygienic protection or labels.

- Return the item(s) to the address specified on the return request. You can return the items to us by Tracked Letter (preferably), Colissimo, Registered Letter or letter (not recommended as there is no tracking).
