• Delivery times are estimates in working days.
• Orders delivered by La Poste “Lettre Suivie” placed before 12 p.m. (Paris time) from Monday to Friday will be processed the same day.
• Orders delivered by La Poste Colissimo, placed before 1 p.m. (Paris time) from Monday to Friday, will be processed the same day.
• Orders delivered by “Chronopost”, placed before 4 p.m. (Paris time) from Monday to Friday, will be processed the same day.
• Orders placed on Friday after 12 p.m. with La Poste, and after 4 p.m. with Chronopost, will be processed the following Monday.
• For orders placed on a public holiday or the day before a public holiday, the delivery time will be extended by one day.
• Corsica - There is a surcharge of 23.52 euros for Chronopost, 18 euros for DPD, 20 euros for DHL Express.
Taxes & customs fees
All our products are shipped from France. They are delivered to France and the European Union without additional taxes.
All packages sent outside the European Union, the United States and Australia may be subject to duties and taxes upon arrival in the destination country.

Usually, there are no taxes for orders shipped by mail.
Overseas - Products shipped overseas may be subject to additional customs fees upon receipt at the local post office. Typically, there are no taxes for orders shipped by La Poste Lettre Suivie.
Switzerland - Orders over CHF 62 will be subject to customs duties and taxes in Switzerland. Orders between CHF 0 and CHF 62 will be delivered without any customs duties or VAT payable. We strongly recommend splitting your order into multiple orders of less than CHF 62 to avoid exceptional taxes.
